AI consultant
Jaime Rivas
Jaime Rivas is an AI consultant at OTR Digital, an AI consulting firm in Miami, Florida. He writes from the operations the team builds, including Bella, the AI receptionist for OneBlush.
AI consulting here is not a deck. Jaime sits with the operation, maps the hours stuck in repetitive work, and builds a system on the tools the team already uses. The models will keep getting better. Someone still has to walk the floor, decide what is worth automating, train the people who will use it, and keep a person on the last step. That is the job. The tools do not replace it.
Questions
Common questions
Short answers to what people ask first.
What does an AI consultant do?
An AI consultant maps how the office already moves, decides what is worth building, and stays until the system is in daily use. At OTR Digital in Miami, Jaime Rivas does that in the room: custom workflows on your tools, training included, a person on the last step. Consulting here is the build, not a deck.
Will consulting be replaced by AI?
The tools will keep getting better. Someone still has to walk the floor, pick the bottleneck, and make sure the team uses the system. Jaime's view at OTR is that AI creates that job rather than ending it. A model cannot sit with a salon owner or a nursing team and own implementation.
Will AI replace consultants?
It will replace consultants who only deliver slides. It will not replace the person who builds the workflow, hosts it, and trains the people who run it. That is the work Jaime does at OTR Digital. Models do not replace a local team that stays after the demo.
