This Privacy Policy describes how OTR Digital (also operating as On the Rise Digital) (“OTR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.otrdigital.ai, contact us, or book a demo. It applies to this marketing website and related inquiries — not to systems we later build for a client under a separate agreement.

Who we are

OTR Digital is a Miami studio that designs, builds, and implements custom AI systems for business operations. You can reach us at info@digitalotr.com or (305) 299-3555.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us and some technical data that is created when you use the site:

  • Contact details you send by email, phone, or a scheduling form (such as name, business name, email, phone number, and a short description of what you need).
  • Demo booking details processed by Calendly when you schedule a meeting, including your name, email, and the time you select.
  • Usage data from Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site. Google sets cookies to recognize returning visits. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
  • Usage data from Vercel Analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and referring site. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
  • Anonymous performance metrics from Vercel Speed Insights, such as Core Web Vitals and page-load timing. This is used in aggregate to improve how the site loads.
  • A language preference stored in your browser (localStorage) so we can show English, Spanish, or Portuguese on return visits.

This website does not require an account, and we do not ask you to upload files or payment information through the site itself.

How we use information

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, schedule and run demos, operate and improve the website, remember your language choice, and meet legal or security obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the site and our practice:

  • Hosting: Vercel hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics and performance metrics.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics collects usage data, including through cookies, to measure how the site is used. Google processes that data under its own terms.
  • Scheduling: Calendly processes demo bookings on our behalf.
  • Communications: email and phone providers deliver messages you send us.
  • Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

If we work with you as a client, any data handled inside a custom automation is governed by that project’s agreement — not by this policy alone.

Cookies and local storage

The marketing site uses localStorage to remember your language preference (`otr-locale`). Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as `_ga`) to distinguish visitors and measure site use. We do not set advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights do not use cookies; they send anonymous usage and performance data to Vercel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and you can clear site data at any time. Doing so may reset language and similar preferences, and it may limit what Google Analytics can measure.

Retention

Inquiry and booking records are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business, tax, and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of each analytics provider (Google and Vercel). Language preference stays in your browser until you clear it.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it, subject to legal exceptions. Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA and, where applicable, the EU/UK under GDPR), you may also have rights to opt out of certain sharing, to limit use of sensitive information, and to appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
